ORDER

The Court has reviewed the letter filed on May 22, 2014 by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services questioning why the notices of appeal were filed in separate cause numbers (08-14-00150-CV and 08-14-00156-CV). None of the parties have filed a motion to consolidate. The Court has determined that the appeals will remain in separate cause numbers but the appeals will be consolidated for purposes of submission and decision.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 27 day of May, 2014.
