ORDER

On December 21, 2023, docket entry 28, the parties filed a Joint Status Report in this case. There are two other docketed cases which are related to this case and involve the 2012 tax year, the case at Docket No. 9609-16, and 2013 tax year, the case at Docket No. 21751-16.

The Joint Status Report indicates that the parties have reached an agreement resolving this case as well as the related cases. The parties anticipate being able to submit a proposed stipulated decision within ninety (90) days and request that the Court order the filing of a stipulated decision or another status report detailing the then-present status of this case within ninety (90) days.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
