An appeal having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 13, 2017 and December 5, 2017, And respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) and, upon vacatur, to enlarge the time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal of defendant-appellant's appeal, and enlarging the time to perfect same to the May 2019 Term (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
