No. 05-06-01653-CV (Tex. App. Aug. 29, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-06-01653-CV

Opinion issued August 29, 2007.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-04-05371-B.

Before Justices Morris, Francis, and Mazzant.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On February 22, 2007, the Court directed appellant to file written verification, within ten days, that appellant had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, to date, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant has paid or made arrangements to pay for the record.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
