United States District Court, N.D. Indiana, South Bend Division
Jul 11, 2005
Cause No. 3:05-CV-296 RM (N.D. Ind. Jul. 11, 2005)

Opinion

Cause No. 3:05-CV-296 RM.

July 11, 2005

OPINION AND ORDER

Zolo Agona Azania, a pro se prisoner, moved to reconsider the June 14, 2005 order that denied his motion to enlarge time to pay the filing fee in this case. Mr. Azania incorrectly asserts that the filing fee has been paid in this case. It has not. Additionally, reconsidering the motion to enlarge time is moot as this case has already been dismissed.

For the foregoing reasons, the motion to reconsider (docket # 10) is DENIED AS MOOT.

SO ORDERED.
