ORDER
By order dated May 19, 2017, we ordered Lynne Finley, Collin County District Clerk, to file, by May 30, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing five documents. On May 26, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing four of the requested documents amongst many others. The document requested but not included in the supplemental clerk's record was the signed order on the hearing on the court reporter's contest to appellant's affidavit of inability to pay that was scheduled for May 23, 2017.
Before the Court is Ms. Finley's May 24, 2017 request for an extension of time to file the requested supplemental clerk's record. Ms. Finley explains that the hearing on the contest has been postponed to June 8, 2017. We GRANT the request to the extent that Ms. Finley shall file, by June 14, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing the signed order from the June 8, 2017 hearing on the contest.
