Petitioner filed a petition for writ of mandamus.

To the extent petitioner seeks reinstatement of the appeal in Case No. 1D07-3668, the petition is hereby denied for failure to establish a clear legal right to relief. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10 (Fla. 2000).

To the extent petitioner seeks review of the administrative judge's final order in OJCC No. 90-000263 SMS, the petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.180(b)(1)(c) (Jurisdiction; Appeal); see also art. V, § 4(b)( 2), Fla. Const.; § 440.25(5), Fla. Stat. (2007).
