Defendants-appellants having moved for leave to prosecute, as poor persons, the appeals taken from the order and judgment (one paper), of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 12, 2019, and an order, same Court, entered on or about October 23, 2019, and for an extension of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that that branch of the motion seeking poor person relief is denied; that branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted and appellants time to perfect the aforementioned appeals is extended to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
