ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON, JUDGE

This case is scheduled to be tried during a session of the Court (designated as a Washington, D.C., session) that will commence on December 13, 2021. On August 17, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. For the reasons stated in the parties' joint motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted, and that this case is stricken and continued from the calendar of the Court's Washington, D.C., trial session beginning December 13, 2021, and that jurisdiction over this case is retained by the undersigned judge. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than November 17, 2021, and every 90 days thereafter, the parties shall file a joint status report giving the status of the case and recommending a schedule for further proceedings. Each report shall include a paragraph that explicitly states what has occurred since the filing of the previous status report.
