Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 12, 2013, and January 13, 2014, and appellant Zineta Avdic having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of James S. Rizzo, Esq., dated July 10, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant submit ten copies of her reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 29, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
