Before Division Two: Mark D. Pfeiffer, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Gary D. Witt, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Automobile Acceptance Corporation filed suit against Eugene Nichols in the Circuit Court of Clay County to recover the unpaid balance on a loan which had financed Nichols’ purchase of a used automobile. Nichols asserted multiple counterclaims. Automobile Acceptance then moved to compel arbitration. The circuit court refused to compel arbitration, and Automobile Acceptance appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
