This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On August 9, 2021, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By Order served August 17, 2021, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled the motion for hearing at the Court's September 22, 2021, Washington, D.C., Special Trial Session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. On September 17, 2021, respondent filed a first supplement to status report, apprising the Court that the scheduled hearing is no longer necessary. Upon due consideration, it is
