The judgments for the Aulsons against USTrust Company and against Mr. Tinti, both entered April 12, 1991, are reversed, and a new judgment is to be entered in favor of those defendants. The judgment against the Aulsons on their G.L.c. 93A claim entered May 6, 1991, is affirmed. The judgment for the Aulsons against Zampell, individually and as trustee, dated October 31, 1991, is affirmed.
