Opinion

No. 664 2012.

2013-05-9

Jennifer AUGUST, Plaintiff Below–Appellant, v. David AUGUST, Defendant Below–Appellee.

Court Below—Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County, C.A. Nos. SS06J–09–168 and SS07J–09–096.
Before STEELE, Chief Justice, JACOBS, and RIDGELY, Justices.

ORDER

HENRY DuPONT RIDGELY, Justice.

This 9th day of May 2013, after careful consideration of the parties' briefs and the record on appeal, we find it manifest that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court's well-reasoned decision dated December 10, 2012. The Superior Court did not abuse its discretion or commit any legal error in concluding that the defendant had satisfied both judgments held by the plaintiff and that both judgment liens must be marked satisfied.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
