In re Audler, Raymond; Audler, Joann; Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Number 90CW-1198; Parish of Orleans Civil District Court Div. "K" Number 88-16767.

Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. Judgment of the trial court is reinstated. See Jones v. City of Kenner, 338 So.2d 606 (La. 1976).

MARCUS and COLE, JJ., dissent, being of the opinion the Jones v. City of Kenner, 338 So.2d 606 (La. 1976), should be reconsidered.
