Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide event. Held, that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence and that the plaintiff failed to prove that the alleged negligence of defendant, which it is claimed caused the death of plaintiff's intestate, occurred within two years immediately preceding his death. All concurred.
