ORDERED, by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, a majority of the Court concurring, that the Respondent, Christopher Benedict McKenna, be, and he hereby is, reprimanded for violating Rule 8.4(b) of the Maryland Attorneys' Rules of Professional Conduct.
