We represent defendants Levinson Capital Management LLC, Samuel Levinson, The Shaar Fund Ltd., and Shaar Advisory Services, N.V. (collectively, the "Shaar and Levinson Defendants") in the above-referenced action.

The Court's February 25, 2005 Memorandum Opinion, which we received late Friday afternoon, provides that defendants shall submit any papers concerning the imposition of sanctions under 15 U.S.C. 78u-4(c) by this coming Monday, March 7, with opposition papers due March 21 and replies due March 28.

In order to accommodate various scheduling conflicts, we respectfully request that the Court adjourn this briefing schedule by one week, with defendants' submissions due March 14, opposition papers due March 28, and replies due April 4. Counsel for all defendants who have appeared consent to this request.
