This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 20, 2023, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. On June 12, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Petitioner, Phyllis Atkinson, requested a continuance and counsel for the Commissioner did not object. The parties are working together to try to resolve the issues in this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on June 20, 2023. It is further ORDERED that, on or before July 28, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a status report. It is further
