Larry Don Atkins, Appellant v. Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, Appellee

DIRECT APPEAL FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION OF THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant's brief on appeal was originally due March 16, 2020. On July 8, 2020, this Court sent a notice to appellant informing him that his brief was overdue and that a failure to file a satisfactory response by July 20, 2020, would result in the dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution. Appellant has now filed a motion, requesting that the Court extend the time for filing appellant's brief. We grant the motion for extension of time and order appellant to file a brief no later than September 2, 2020. No further extension of time will be granted and failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a).

It is ordered on August 11, 2020. Before Chief Justice Rose, Justices Baker and Kelly
