PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 6, 2018, and petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jennifer M. Lorenz, Esq., dated November 7, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., dated November 14, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 20, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
