PER CURIAM.

Before the Court is the parties' March 11, 2003 agreed motion to vacate judgment and dismiss the case with prejudice, pursuant to rules 42.1(a)(1) and 43.2(e), due to settlement. The March 11, 2003 agreed motion is GRANTED. Without regard to the merits, we VACATE the judgment of the trial court and DISMISS the case with prejudice. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1) and Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(e)
