Sakuma, 131 Hawai‘i 254, 318 P.3d 94 (2013).Upon careful review of the record and the briefs submitted by the parties and having given due consideration to the arguments advanced and the issues raised by the parties, as well as Sato, CAAP–13–0000042, we vacate the circuit court's February 11, 2013 Order Granting/Denying and the February 22, 2013 Order Granting.
