AND NOW, this 20^th day of March, 2009, in accordance with the general supervisory powers vested in this Court by Article V, Section 10 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, Senior Judge Robert E. Colville is hereby assigned to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania for a period ending June 30, 2009.

Commencing July 1, 2009, Senior Judge Robert E. Colville is further assigned to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania for a period ending March 19, 2010.
