The case is remanded to the Superior Court. The judgment of specific performance is to be modified so as to give the parties sixty days to comply with the judgment. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed. The Superior Court is to retain jurisdiction so as to assure compliance. Neither party is to have costs of appeal.
