ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the objectant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated June 14, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 16, 2012, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
