We GRANT the April 29, 2016 motion of attorney R. Brian Shields to withdraw as counsel for appellant, Joseph Ashmore, Jr. We DIRECT the clerk of this Court to remove Mr. Shields as counsel for appellant. Attorneys John Sokatch and Larry Friedman with the law firm of Friedman & Feiger, LLP remain as counsel for appellant.
