This case has been added to the Court's trial calendar that will begin at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, January 30, 2023, in Room 1167 of the Edward R. Roybal Center & Federal Building, 255 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. On December 6, 2022 respondent moved for a document-subpoena hearing to obtain documentation from a third party. Our rules require that it be

ORDERED that respondent's motion for a hearing is granted. It is also

ORDERED that this case is set for a special hearing on the status of the case on January 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). The Court will conduct the hearing remotely and any third-party subpoenas will be returnable at that hearing. It is also

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in this remote proceeding. It is also

ORDERED that, no later than January 9, 2023, respondent shall file a status report to state whether the hearing is unnecessary because the subpoenaed documents have already been produced.

Special Trial Judge Panuthos will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
