This case was originally on the January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar, but is now set for trial on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles calendar. We spoke with the parties again today to discuss some pretrial preparation and as a result it is
ORDERED that the July 11, 2022 pretrial order in this case is modified to require the "identification of each witness expected to be called by name, address, qualifications of the witness, and a brief summary of the expected testimony of each such witness" is now due on or before January 17, 2023; and the filing of pretrial memoranda is now due on or before January 23, 2023.
