DECISION / ENTRY
This case is before the Court on Bank of America's Motion for Reconsideration of the denial of summary judgment as to the Kraft Group's claims for civil conspiracy. The Court has considered the motion, the Kraft Group's response, Bank of America's reply and the arguments of counsel.
The Court denies the motion. Moreover, as to clarification of the Court's ruling, the Court has held subsequent hearings and pretrials where it has further clarified the basis for its decision, the evidence that may be admissible, and the factual disputes from which a trier of fact may make inferences to support the Kraft Group's claims and the elements they will have to establish at trial.
