On April 6, 2023, this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the mediation be held within sixty (60) days of the order. On June 2, 2023, a letter was filed advising the Court a settlement has not been reached.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS this appeal to continue, the appellate timetable suspension is lifted, and the Record shall now be filed in this Court on or before June 25, 2023.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
