Action to recover damages for the defendant's alleged negligent inspection of the plaintiffs' residence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and referred to Hon. John M. Alexander, state trial referee; judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
