Actions in assumpsit and trespass. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment against corporate defendant granted and defendant's motion to open judgment dismissed, opinion by HOUSE, P.J. Corporate defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 952, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Armstrong County, Dec. T., 1972, No. 88.

Judgment affirmed.
