The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due September 2, 2023. On September 6, 2023, this Court granted court reporter Norma Rico's request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record and ordered the reporter's record filed by October 2, 2023. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Rico to file the complete reporter's record on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2023. If the reporter's record is not filed by that date, the Court may take any necessary action to assure filing of the reporter's record, including ordering that Ms. Rico not sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela Mays, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; Norma Rico, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
