Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act. The appeal is from an order denying appellants' application to compel the Board of Education and other officials of the city of Yonkers to audit and pay certain salary balances, and granting the cross motion of respondents to dismiss the petition as amended. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
