ORDER

The motion for bond pending appeal is GRANTED, and the defendant is admitted to bail pending resolution of this appeal or further order of this Court upon the filing of a bond with the clerk of the trial court in the amount of $10,000.00 personal-recognizance bond. Defendant's release is conditioned upon his wearing an electronic GPS tether. The prosecuting attorney is to be notified of the time and place the bond will be filed. The bond is subject to the objection procedure of MCR 7.209(G)(2). The defendant-appellant shall make the promises in writing required by MCR 7.209(F)(2).

This order is to have immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2).
