412 So. 2d 442 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

Nos. 81-1684, 81-1969.

April 14, 1982.

Consolidated non-final appeals from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; Vaughn J. Rudnick, Judge.

David A. Danielson of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar McAliley, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Michael K. Sullivan of Hamilton, James, Merkle Young, West Palm Beach, for appellees Leroy Hackett and Patricia Hackett.

R. Fred Lewis of Magill, Reid, Kuvin Lewis, Miami, for appellees Riekes Container Co., Liberty Mut. Ins. Co. and Alco Container Co. of Tampa.

AFFIRMED. We agree with the trial court's determination that the appellant's sales activities in Florida were sufficient to render appellant amenable to the court's jurisdiction under the provisions of Section 48.193(f)(2), Florida Statutes (1979). See generally, Ford Motor Co. v. Atwood Vacuum Machine Co., 392 So.2d 1305 (Fla. 1981).

ANSTEAD, DELL and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
