ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to Jeffrey Anton Collins' Motion to Withdraw as Petitioner's Counsel filed March 8, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of Jeffrey Anton Collins' Motion to Withdraw as Petitioner's Counsel filed March 8, 2024 (Doc. 35), on petitioner at his address of record.
