ORDER


The Court has before it the Motion to Substitute (Docket No. 2) filed by the United States of America. The United States seeks an order substituting the United States of America as the named Defendant in this action for Defendants Ariel A. Cortes, M.D.; Family Health Services; and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Plaintiffs have not filed an opposition to the Motion to Substitute. The Court finds good cause for granting the motion. Accordingly,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States' Motion to Substitute (Docket No. 2) is GRANTED. The United States of America shall be and hereby is substituted as the named Defendant in this action for Defendants Ariel A. Cortes, M.D.; Family Health Services; and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice as against Defendants Ariel A. Cortes, M.D.; Family Health Services; and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
