Arenberg v. Criminal Justice Pub

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Dec 21, 1982
423 So. 2d 601 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 82-561.

December 21, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Richard Yale Feder, Judge.

James P. Ryan, North Miami, for appellants.

Paul Thomson and Richard J. Ovelmen, Miami, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL and SCHWARTZ, JJ., and KAPNER, LEWIS, Associate Judge.

This is an appeal from an order quashing service of process and dismissing defendant as a party for lack of jurisdiction over the person. The parties concede that service was inadequate. Therefore, we affirm the trial court's order. Because of this affirmance, we do not reach the other issue raised by the appellant.
