Appeals, Nos. 178 and 179, Jan. T., 1966, from decree of Court of Common Pleas No. 4 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1963, No. 5639, in case of Arcadia Theatre Company, Samuel Shapiro, Edna Shapiro, jointly et al. v. Morton J. Sablosky, Bennard Shapiro and Edna Shapiro. Decree affirmed.

Equity.

Plaintiff's motion to dismiss master's report denied and plaintiff's exception to report dismissed, opinion by DOTY, J. Plaintiffs appealed.

Decree affirmed. Each party to pay own costs.
