ORDER

Appellant's brief was due July 8, 2013, but it has not been filed. Appellant has been represented by court-appointed appellate counsel, Judith Wemmert. On July 16, 2013, this court ordered that Judith Wemmert be suspended from handling appeals in this court for a period of six months and ordered her removed as counsel of record in this appeal.
