ORDER VACATING THE COURTS MARCH 13, 2003 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER


Upon the parties' Joint Motion made pursuant to the Settlement Agreement dated September 2, 2003, this Court's March 13, 2003 Memorandum Opinion and Order construing certain claim limitations of U.S. Patent No, 5,439,143 is hereby vacated. The vacated Memorandum Opinion and Order shall be of no further force or effect, and shall not be cited to or used as evidence, in any other proceeding that involves parties to which the settlement does not apply.

IT IS SO ORDERED
