April v. Forever

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Mar 12, 2008
976 So. 2d 649 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2008)

Opinion

No. 4D07-1742.

March 12, 2008.

Appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Jeffrey E. Streitfeld, Judge; L.T. Case No. 06-18876 CACE (14).

Eric M. Glazer of Glazer Associates, P.A., Hallandale, for appellant.

No brief filed for appellee.

The trial court entered an order granting appellee's motion for temporary injunctive relief without specifying reasons for its entry, as required by Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610(c). We reverse and remand to the trial court to correct the order's technical deficiencies. We find no abuse of discretion in the amount of the bond set by the trial court.

Reversed and Remanded.

STONE, STEVENSON and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
