Application of Warren

Supreme Court of Florida
Sep 23, 1959
114 So. 2d 621 (Fla. 1959)

Opinion

September 23, 1959.

Cornelious Franklin Warren, in pro. per., petitioner.

Richard W. Ervin, Atty. Gen., Reeves Bowen, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

The Court has duly considered the application of Cornelious Franklin Warren for a writ of habeas corpus. Because of the failure of the petitioner to allege the crime for which he was incarcerated in the county stockade of Broward County, Florida the petition must be denied without prejudice, however, to the petitioner filing a proper, verified application as he may be advised.

THOMAS, C.J., and TERRELL, DREW, THORNAL and O'CONNELL, JJ., concur.
