Opinion

No. Q-441.

January 11, 1973.

Appeal from Circuit Court for Clay County; Thomas J. Rivers, Judge.

Edward H. Robinson, of Robinson, Slater Randle, Jacksonville, for appellant.

S. Gordon Blalock, of Blalock, Holbrook, Lewis, Paul Isaac, Jacksonville, for appellee.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal, the briefs filed herein and oral argument of able counsel. Upon our consideration thereof, we are of the opinion that Appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error, and the judgment appealed herein is therefore affirmed.

RAWLS, Acting C.J., JOHNSON, J., and NESBITT, JOSEPH, Associate Judge, concur.
