IT IS ORDERED, that the Court's November 1, 2004 Order, which set out the notice and procedural requirements to be followed in bail forfeitures and judgments, and the amendatory Orders dated June 11, 2002 (to modify the time permitted to file an objection to set aside a bail forfeiture preclusion) and May 20, 2003 (to conform to statutory changes effected by the New Jersey Insurance Producer Act of 2001 (L.2001, c. 210)) are hereby terminated effective September 1, 2004, the effective date of the July 28, 2004 amendments to Rules 1:13-3, 2:9-6, 3:26-6, 7:4-3 and 7:4-5.
