Upon review of the record in this case, the caption of this case appears to be incorrect.
On June 9, 2023, docket entry 13, respondent filed a First Amendment to Answer and attached thereto a complete redacted copy of the Notice of Deficiency (the "Notice"), dated January 19, 2022. The Notice identifies the petitioners as Aaron J. Aponte and Robin L. Reed.
Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption in this case to reflect the correct names of the petitioners.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Aaron J. Aponte & Robin L. Reed, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
