AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 115driving on wrong side of road, evidence. In action for injuries sustained by plaintiffs when struck by defendant's automobile, evidence that individual defendant was driving car as agent of defendant corporation and that he drove across the black line into plaintiff's lane sustained judgment for plaintiff.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Du Page county; Hon. WILLIAM J. FULTON, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at February term, 1941.
