Respondent-respondent having renewed her motion to dismiss the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 14, 2019 (M-3322),

And petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced brief, for the assignment of counsel, and for other relief (M-2680),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that respondent-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (M-3322). Petitioner-appellant's motion for poor person relief is denied, such relief having been rendered academic (M-2680). ENTERED: November 19, 2020
